Environmental Conservation

The Himalayan region has suffered highly from the impacts of climate change towards human livelihood, overall ecosystem and environment. Our efforts are to conduct traditional, innovative, sustainable, and durable programs for environmental preservation.

Educational Empowerment

Literacy rate in Himalayan region of Nepal is very low. We are committed to facilitate educational reawakening and provide employment-oriented training, child and adult education, and scholarships.

Agricultural development and Food security

Our works encourage farmers to adopt quality and sustainable seeds, fertilizer, technology, innovation, policy advocacy, tools and collaborative partnerships with the aim to increase agricultural product’s quality and quantity. We research, identify and promote the traditional organic farming and herding practices to improve the health of the communities and their overall income.

Revitalization of Forest, Pasturelands and ecosystem

Revitalizing is crucial for sustaining biodiversity, mitigating climate change, and preserving essential ecosystem services that support life on Earth. It ensures the health of natural habitats, contributes to carbon sequestration, and promotes grazing livestocks and resilience in the face of environmental challenges, benefiting both the environment and the communities dependent on these ecosystems.

Skill Development and Income Generation

We work with the rural communities to scale up their skills with the aim to increase employment opportunities and entrepreneurship for their social well-being. It is essential to develop skills and also to promote entrepreneur consciousness among locals, especially to the women, youths and differently-abled individuals, by conducting research, innovations, symposiums, seminars, trainings and bridging them with the opportunities.

Tangible and Intangible Cultural Heritage

We believe that Cultural Heritage is important as it serves as a source of historical understanding of our roots, identity, traditions, and practices which is passed down since generations. It also serves as a source of historical understanding and enhancing societies with a rich array of diverse viewpoints.

Tourism and Eco-Tourism

We conduct studies, research, and exploration on tourism development. Implementation of sustainable programs in tourism and eco-tourism can contribute to the well-being of the societies and environment.

Health and Well-being

Our organization works to create health consciousness in backward and remote areas and to provide mobile health services, assist clinics, and support the disabled.

Women are the unsung heroes whose skills and works are not well-appreciated, but has been playing a vital role for agriculture, hard work, multitasking, and many more.
